How to fix it

  1. Verify the water supply shutoff valve under the sink is fully open.
  2. Disconnect power and water; inspect the inlet valve screen for debris.
  3. Test the inlet valve coil for ~1000-1500 ohms resistance.
  4. Replace the water inlet valve if open or shorted.
  5. If the valve is good, replace the OWI sensor.
