Diagnose first: Sensor should read ~1080 ohms at room temperature. If correct, check the harness connection at the rear of the oven.

How to fix it
- Power off at the breaker.
- Access and unplug the oven temperature sensor.
- Measure resistance — anything below ~900 ohms at room temp indicates failure.
- Inspect harness for pinch points or burned insulation between sensor and control.
- Replace sensor (and harness if damaged); if both are good, replace control.
