F31 — Oven Temperature Sensor (RTD) Open

F31 indicates the oven temperature sensor (RTD) circuit is OPEN — the control reads an out-of-range/open resistance (a good RTD is about 1100 ohms at room temperature). Check the sensor and its wiring/harness. It is the oven temperature sensor, not the meat probe.
