How to fix it

  1. Locate the wall sensor — a small IR window on the right-front side of the robot.
  2. Wipe it gently with a dry microfiber cloth.
  3. If smudged, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
  4. Remove any packaging stickers nearby.
  5. Restart cleaning.
