How to fix it
- Wipe the front IR window on the robot with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Wipe the front face of the dock where the IR transmitter is.
- Move any objects within 3 feet on either side of the dock.
- Ensure 1.5 feet clearance on each side and 5 feet in front of the dock.
- Send the robot to dock from the app to test.
