Error 23 — Dock locator beacon issue

How to fix it
- Wipe the front of the dock with a dry cloth.
- Relocate the dock away from mirrors, glass, and direct sunlight.
- Give the dock 1.5 feet clearance on each side and 5 feet in front.
- Power-cycle the dock by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
- If the issue persists in a good location, the dock IR board has failed — replace the dock.
