What Error 24 Means
The robot was placed inside a no-go zone or virtual wall, or its current position is fully enclosed by virtual barriers, so it cannot start.
Symptoms
- Voice prompt 'In restricted area, please move'
- App shows Error 24

- Map shows robot inside a red zone

How to Fix It

- Check no-go zones and virtual walls for any that enclose the robot or the dock.
