How to fix it
- Pick up the robot and place it on a flat, open area of hard floor.
- Press each drive wheel up into the chassis and release; it should spring back fully.
- Cut and remove any hair or fibers wrapped around the wheel axles.
- Wipe the wheels with a damp cloth, then dry.
- Restart the cleaning cycle.
- If the wheel doesn't spring back freely, the wheel module needs replacement.
