Error 5 — Main brush jammed

How to fix it

1. Flip the robot over and unlock the brush guard.
2. Lift the main brush out of its cradle.
3. Use the included tool or scissors to cut and pull away all hair from the brush and end caps.
4. Remove the colored end cap (twist or pull) and clean debris from the bearing.
5. Spin the brush in your hands — it should turn freely with light resistance.
6. Wipe out the brush compartment and reinstall the brush, ensuring it locks in place.
7. Restart the robot. If the brush still won't spin under power, replace the brush or have the motor serviced.
