How to fix it

  1. Flip the robot over.
  2. Unscrew the side brush (single Phillips screw on most models) and lift it off.
  3. Cut away any hair or string from the post and motor shaft underneath.
  4. Inspect the side brush arms — straighten or replace if bent.
  5. Reattach the side brush and the screw.
  6. Restart cleaning.
