How to fix it

  1. Pick up the robot and inspect both drive wheels.
  2. Spin each wheel by hand — both should turn smoothly and equally.
  3. Cut and remove any hair or fibers wrapped around the axle.
  4. Wipe wheel treads clean with a damp cloth.
  5. Check the wheel well for stuck debris.
  6. Place on a flat floor and retry.
  7. If a wheel still won't turn under power, the wheel motor module needs replacement.
