How to fix it

  1. Pull out the Load & Go dispenser and refill with HE detergent.
  2. Slide back in until it clicks; the dET message should clear.
  3. If dET stays after refilling, rinse the dispenser thoroughly and re-seat.
  4. If still showing, check Load & Go settings in the menu and verify the level-sense float isn't stuck.

Why it happens

  • Load & Go reservoir empty Normal consumption — refill it.
  • Detergent settings off Dose set too high so it ran out faster than expected.
  • Clogged detergent line Crusted detergent restricting flow makes the level sensor misread.
