What dET Means

On washers with the Load & Go bulk dispenser, 'dET' means the detergent reservoir is low or empty and needs refilling.

Symptoms

  • 'dET' or 'Detergent' message on display
  • Load & Go cartridge looks empty when you pull it
  • Recent dispensing felt under-dosed

Common Causes

Load & Go reservoir empty

Normal consumption — refill it.

Detergent settings off

Dose set too high so it ran out faster than expected.

Clogged detergent line

Crusted detergent restricting flow makes the level sensor misread.

How to Fix It

  1. Pull out the Load & Go dispenser and refill with HE detergent.
  2. Slide back in until it clicks; the dET message should clear.
  3. If dET stays after refilling, rinse the dispenser thoroughly and re-seat.
  4. If still showing, check Load & Go settings in the menu and verify the level-sense float isn't stuck.
