F0E5 — Off-Balance Load

How to fix it
- Open the lid/door, redistribute laundry evenly around the drum, and restart.
- If washing a single bulky item, add a couple of towels for ballast.
- Check that the washer is level with a bubble level on top — adjust the feet.
- If a load that used to spin fine now keeps tripping F0E5, inspect front-load shocks/struts and top-load suspension rods. Replace as a set.
