How to fix it

  1. Unplug for 5 minutes.
  2. Press every button on the control panel a few times — feel for one that doesn't return.
  3. Wipe the panel dry. Let the washer sit unplugged in a dry room for a few hours if moisture is suspected.
  4. If the code returns and a key is sticky, gently free it.
  5. If all buttons feel fine but the code stays, replace the user interface (HMI) board.
