F6E2 — No Communication ACU to HMI

The user interface (HMI) board can't talk to the main appliance control unit (ACU). The serial communication link is broken.

How to fix it

  1. Unplug the washer.
  2. Open the console and the main control box; reseat every harness connector on both ends.
  3. Inspect the harness end-to-end for chafe or rodent damage and repair.
  4. If the code persists, swap the HMI board first (cheaper part).
  5. If still failing, replace the ACU.
