The main control (ACU) can't talk to the motor control unit (MCU). The washer can't run the motor without this link.

How to fix it
- Unplug the washer.
- Reseat the communication harness at both the ACU and the MCU.
- Inspect the harness for damage; replace if questionable.

- Still failing? Replace the ACU.
