How to fix it
- Press and hold the Control Lock button (or the button marked with a key icon) for 3-5 seconds until LoC disappears.
- On some models the lock toggle is a long-press of a specific cycle button — check the control panel printing.
- If LoC won't clear, unplug for 5 minutes and try again.
- If LoC re-enables itself constantly, suspect a stuck panel button (F2E1).
Why it happens
Typical signs: 'LoC' or 'LC' shown · Buttons don't respond · Lock icon lit on the display · Cycle won't start
- Control Lock enabled Either toggled on intentionally or hit by accident.
- Stuck control lock button If the lock keeps re-enabling itself after you clear it, the button is stuck — see F2E1.
