How to fix it

  1. Unplug washer for 1 minute to reset.
  2. Clear any obstructions and confirm the lid closes flush.
  3. Open the console and reseat the lid lock connector.
  4. Test the lid lock with a multimeter (solenoid coil ~60-100 Ω typical).
  5. Replace the lid lock assembly if it fails the test.
  6. Replace the ACU only if a new lid lock doesn't fix it.
