How to fix it

  1. Unplug washer for 5 minutes.
  2. Wipe down the console; let dry completely.
  3. Open the console and inspect the keypad ribbon cable; reseat it.
  4. Press each key in sequence to identify the stuck one.
  5. Replace the keypad/console assembly if a key is dead.
  6. Replace the UI board if reseating doesn't help.
