How to fix it

  1. Unplug washer for 5 minutes; restore power and retry.
  2. Inspect ACU for visible burn marks, swollen capacitors, or corrosion.
  3. Reseat every connector on the ACU.
  4. Test incoming AC voltage to the ACU (should be 120 VAC).
  5. Replace the ACU if reset and reseats don't clear the fault.
