How to fix it

  1. Unplug washer; remove and soak the dispenser drawer/cartridge in hot water.
  2. Clean residue from the dispenser housing and nozzles.
  3. Reseat the dispenser actuator harness at the top of the cabinet.
  4. Test the dispenser motor for continuity and 12V operation.
  5. Replace dispenser motor/actuator if it fails to move.
  6. Replace main control if output is dead.
