How to fix it

  1. Unplug refrigerator.
  2. Inspect optical sensors on French door / freezer wall — wipe clean.
  3. Check fill tube for ice plug and thaw with warm water if frozen.
  4. Verify water supply line is on and inlet valve clicks when triggered.
  5. Test inlet valve solenoid for continuity.
  6. Replace ice maker assembly if module fails self-test.
