LOC — Control Lock Active

How to fix it

  1. Press and hold the 9 key (or the dedicated LOCK CONTROLS / Control Lock pad) for 3 seconds to unlock.
  2. On models with touch screens, look for a lock icon and tap it.
  3. If display reads LOCKED with a self-clean cool-down, wait until cavity temp drops below ~500F — door unlocks automatically.
  4. Consult the owner's manual for the model-specific unlock combo if 9 does not work.
