How to fix it

  1. Press POWER to cancel the cycle
  2. Open the lid/door and remove all laundry
  3. Add affresh tablet or liquid chlorine bleach as directed
  4. Restart the Clean Washer with Affresh cycle
  5. If error returns with empty drum, unplug for 1 minute to reset
