How to fix it

  1. Power down unit and remove front panel.
  2. Spin fan blade by hand — should turn freely.
  3. Clean any debris from blades and intake.
  4. Reseat fan harness at motor and PCB.
  5. Power up and observe fan starting on demand.
  6. If fan won't start or won't reach speed, replace the fan motor.
  7. If new fan still throws code, replace PCB.
