- Verify dip-switch settings and unit parameters match the install manual for model and gas type (on condensing models, switch #2 in the bank of 6 should be ON for indoor and OFF for outdoor units).
- Check all wiring harness connections at the PC board for loose, broken, or damaged plugs. On condensing models, check the sensor harness at the E connector — outdoor models should have 2 orange cables at positions 7 and 8; indoor models should have none.
