How to fix it
- Order and install a genuine PureSource filter (PureSource 3, Ultra, PureAdvantage, etc.) matching your model.
- Twist out old filter and twist in new one.
- Run 2-3 gallons of water through the dispenser to purge air and carbon fines.
- Reset the filter indicator: hold the Filter Reset (or Light/Lock combo) button for 3-5 seconds until it clears.
