E54 — Motor Control / Drive Motor Fault

How to fix it
- Unplug the washer.
- Remove the rear panel and inspect the motor and inverter for burn marks.
- Reseat the motor harness on both ends.
- Measure motor winding resistance with a multimeter — should be balanced across phases.
- If motor is good, replace the MCU/inverter board.
- If MCU is good and motor reads bad, replace the drive motor.
