How to fix it

  1. Unplug the dryer for 1 minute and plug back in.
  2. Press each button individually to identify a sticky or unresponsive one.
  3. Clean the console face with a slightly damp cloth (never spray cleaner on it).
  4. If a key is physically stuck, replace the keypad/membrane assembly.
  5. If all keys feel normal but the code persists, replace the user interface board.
  6. Verify operation with a test cycle.
