How to fix it

  1. Press START to resume the cycle, or press CANCEL/PAUSE to clear the code.
  2. If PF returns repeatedly, check the breaker for the dryer circuit.
  3. Inspect the power cord at the outlet and at the dryer terminal block for tightness and burn marks.
  4. If the outlet is warm/discolored, have an electrician replace it.
  5. Avoid running the dryer on a circuit shared with other large loads.
